Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We ship via USPS; standard domestic shipping rates apply. Products are shipped out within 3-5 business days of your order. Transit times may vary, but your products should arrive between 2-7 business days after shipment confirmation.

If you are a local customer and selected the Free Local Delivery option, your package will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your items have been delivered.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

WILL & WEEZ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your WILL & WEEZ purchase. We are a small business and each product is hand-made, therefore we appreciate your understanding while we work hard to fix any issues that might arise.
For any damaged or defective items, orders may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of the purchase date. Please email us at faith@willandweez.com to inquire about a return.
